Welcome to The Humber Volunteer Managers Network (HVMN) website.

The HVMN is a project within The Humber Effective Volunteer Management project, funded by Capacitybuilders Volunteer Management Programme. The project has been funded to the end of March 2011.

The Humber Effective Volunteer Management project will support;

Agencies across public, private and third sectors better understanding the importance of effective volunteer management.

Agencies across public, private and third sectors have improved access to relevant support in managing volunteers.

Those who manage volunteers are able to enrol and retain more volunteers, enhance the diversity of those they involve and deport a higher quality of volunteering experience.
